GM (Game operation)

Responsible for analyzing player’s style and inclination, VOC, Market trends and performing activities such as finding the fun point and suggesting for improvement.
CS (Customer Support)
Responsible for resolving the customer’s inquiry and managing the VOC collection.
CM (Community manager)
Responsible for creating events, contents plans and actively communicating with players through various community channels.
QA (Quality assurance)
Responsible for extending the completeness and products life cycle through the quality verification.
Marketing
Responsible for proceeding or creating the marketing strategy which can maximize the possibility of project success by analyzing the Korean and global game market.
Development/technology
Responsible for developing platform system and applications relevant to the platform, as well as research and development for system advancement.
Management support (HR/Finance/General affairs)
Responsible for establishing the corporate strategies, communicating with teams and employees, and designing the optimal working environment.
